Confidentiality
As ITT Logistics and its employees, we are diligent in protecting the confidentiality and private information of our customers, employees, and other relevant individuals and organizations we work with. We safeguard information that could affect competition, trade secrets, information pertaining to employee personnel rights, confidentiality agreements concluded with third parties, and similar matters.
Conflict of Interest
As ITT Logistics employees, we commit to always avoiding decisions that are contrary to law or lead to conflicts of interest.
We do not seek personal gain from individuals or organizations with whom we establish business relationships by leveraging our duties and authorities.
As employees, we refrain from using ITT Logistics's name or influence for personal gain and always prioritize the company's interests.
While it is difficult to develop an exhaustive list covering every situation involving conflicts of interest, the following situations serve as examples:
• Engaging in another job and/or duty that could lead to neglecting one's responsibilities at ITT Logistics.
• Providing unfair advantages to relatives or acquaintances in recruitment processes. In potential conflict of interest situations, if we believe the interests of the relevant parties can be safely protected through legal and ethical methods, we apply these methods. In cases of uncertainty, we consult our manager or the human resources department.
Respect for Human Rights, Legal Compliance, and Cooperation with Other Institutions
ITT Logistics accepts the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. In this context, employing child labor in any department of the company is prohibited.
ITT Logistics and its employees comply with all legal regulations and rules in their activities (including freedom of association, working conditions and hours, non-discrimination) and cooperate with law enforcement agencies within defined protocols.1. Our Responsibilities
As ITT Logistics, we act with the awareness of our responsibilities defined by law, as well as our responsibilities towards our employees, partners and customers, suppliers, society, humanity, and the environment, and we strive to fulfill these responsibilities in all our activities.
Our Legal Responsibilities
We act in accordance with national and international legal rules in all our activities.

We recognize that the best working environment is one where mutual trust and support are established and maintained. We make the necessary efforts for the individual development of our employees.
Our Responsibilities Towards Product and Service Providers
The quality of services ITT Logistics offers to its customers depends partly on developing relationships with service providers based on honesty, ethical behavior, and mutual trust, producing efficient results. We select our suppliers based on the quality, price, delivery, and support terms of the provided products and services, and we treat all our suppliers honestly, fairly, and respectfully, fulfilling our obligations on time.
Our Responsibilities Towards Our Competitors

2. Use of Information Systems and Assets
It is a general rule that all assets and resources belonging to ITT Logistics must be used appropriately for their intended purpose and avoided for personal or third-party benefit. We use the company's tangible and intangible assets and resources solely to conduct company business or according to principles and procedures permitted by management. Personal use of assets and resources by management is permitted only when necessary, at a minimum level, without disrupting company activities, and in compliance with laws and ethical principles.
As ITT Logistics, we take all necessary precautions against theft, damage, misuse, abuse, sabotage, etc., of all tangible and intangible assets and resources belonging to the company. We expect our employees not only to use the company's tangible (cash, company vehicle, machinery/equipment, devices, etc.) and intangible (brand, reputation, trade secrets, etc.) assets and resources efficiently but also to protect them.
When using ITT Logistics resources in relationships with customers, no action can be taken without the customer's knowledge, even if it is in the customer's favor. Customer vulnerabilities cannot be exploited, even for the company's benefit, nor can profit be pursued by providing incomplete or incorrect information to the customer.
3. Accepting and Giving Gifts, Representation and Hospitality
As ITT Logistics and its employees, we act moderately in all actions such as accepting/giving gifts, representation, and hospitality that could affect our impartiality, decisions, and behavior while conducting our relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. We behave in a way that avoids giving any impression of an established interest relationship.
The principles for accepting/giving gifts, representation, and hospitality with third parties, as defined by ITT Logistics Management, are outlined below.
• The fundamental rule in gift-giving/receiving processes is that there should be no monetary payment or gifts easily convertible to cash.
• Gifts given or received must ensure that the impartiality, decisions, and behaviors related to any business, agreement, or bureaucratic process involving our company or the counterparty are not affected.
• Moderation will be exercised in all matters such as accommodation, transportation, food/drink, etc., during representation and hospitality processes. Moderation here means ensuring impartiality, decisions, and behaviors are not affected and preventing any impression of an established interest relationship.
• Gifts given on employees' special occasions (weddings, birthdays, birth of children, etc.) and gifts given to stakeholders based on principles determined by management at year-end, special days, etc., as well as souvenir/promotional items, are outside this scope.
• Our employees cannot, under any circumstances, request personal payments or gifts from third-party individuals and companies doing business with our company, nor can they engage in behavior that could imply such a request.
4. Money Laundering – Prevention of Bribery, Fraud, and Corruption
Money laundering involves transactions and activities aimed at concealing, obscuring, or misrepresenting the nature, source, location, status, movement, or ownership of cash and similar assets derived from crime, in order for individuals to hide their crimes or give their criminal proceeds a legal appearance.
Bribery is an illegal or unethical criminal activity undertaken to influence the recipient's behavior to obtain a commercial advantage. It can involve money, goods, actual rights, property, valuable objects, etc. Bribery does not necessarily have to be actually paid; requesting or offering it also falls within this scope.
Corruption is the abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
Fraud is a deliberate act committed with the intent to deceive.
ITT Logistics fully commits to preventing all forms of bribery, fraud, and corruption in every country it operates in, and to applying relevant local and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption/fraud laws in all jurisdictions where it is based or provides services.
In this context, we expect our employees to fulfill the following provisions in their relationships with public institutions and organizations, customers, suppliers, competitors, and other stakeholders:
• Not to offer or accept unauthorized payments.
• Not to offer or accept money, gifts, commissions, or anything of value in exchange for business, etc., contrary to the provisions stated in section 5 (referring to the Gifts and Hospitality section).
• Not to do anything illegal or unethical, or ask for it to be done, by virtue of their duty and position.
• Not to make or receive payments to anyone for performing their duties faster or not at all.
• Not to engage in money laundering activities.
• To immediately report any situations they encounter or suspect related to the aforementioned issues to their immediate supervisor or directly to senior management.
All our employees are strictly required to comply with the stated matters and those specified by law, even if not listed here.
